Theodore Tomita III

Theodore Tomita III has 12 years’ experience in the banking industry and 25 years of experience working in technology. He served in the United States Air Force where he was a USAF Honor Graduate. He holds various engineering and security certifications. The network he designed at Catskill Hudson Bank in partnership with Time Warner Cable Business Class has received recognition as one of the most secure and reliable networks in the banking industry. He has been featured by NYBA, IBANYS, and American Banker, as a leader and pioneer in designing and implementing cutting edge networks that focus on a security first methodology. Case studies of his designs have helped to set industry standards for Cyber Security and Disaster Recovery in banking.
Dr. Sonja Ann Jones

Sonja Ann Jones has 25 years of experience in sales, business, and technology. She has advanced many companies towards their mission and goals via her entrepreneurial consultative sales experience and has been essential in helping companies solve their business problems with technology solutions. She has extensive experience in Business Intelligence, Data Warehousing, Visualization, Big Data, Machine Learning, AI, Enterprise Systems Management, and Security.
Sonja not only builds out sales teams but also builds out partner channel teams that accelerate growth and dominance in a new market. Sonja has led account teams at companies including Bay Dynamics, Splunk, BMC, Oracle, Qlik, ParAccel, Cognos, and Information Advantage. She has also spent some time in post-sales consulting for PWC – PriceWaterhouseCoopers. Sonja has certifications in ITIL and in business value consulting. She also earned a Doctorate in Business Administration focused on entrepreneurship and her dissertation was published with her groundbreaking studies around Women in Information Technology Leadership. Sonja is also a published author and has been published in 7 different books. Her latest book she participated in, Women in Technology was ranked #1 on Amazon in the technology section. Being a huge advocate for women in technology, She co-founded the first national technical sorority for women called Alpha Sigma Kappa, Women in Technical Studies and it has touched over 3,000 women’s lives since its inception. Sonja also has an MBA in entrepreneurship and a BS in Mathematics and a BS in Statistics. Sonja is also a college professor and has taught business, business ethics, information technology, mathematics, statistics and entrepreneurship.
Gina Olmedo is an IT Leader with a passion for software and data excellence. She has dedicated over 30 years to software quality assurance, process improvement, and data quality, and has built and managed QA Centers of Excellence in the finance, telecommunications, music / entertainment, fashion, commodities trading, and biopharmaceutical industries. Her experience includes testing and integrating enterprise software as well as building software products for the commercial market.
Michel brings over 10 years of cyber risk expertise and is the former Senior Manager of Regulatory Compliance – Global Trade Commercial Banking at HSBC Bank of Canada. He is fluent in Spanish, Hebrew, French, English, Portuguese and Romanian.

Randy Milch is the Co-Chair of the NYU Center for Cybersecurity and co-directs NYU’s interdisciplinary Master of Science in Cybersecurity Risk & Strategy Program. He formerly was the Executive Vice President, Public Policy, and General Counsel of Verizon where he chaired the Verizon Executive Security Council which was responsible for information security across all Verizon entities.
Tsachi Lutaty is currently the CTO of Menora Mivtachim Insurance LTD. He formerly was the CTO of PlainID – the Authorization Company, Executive Director for JPMorgan and held several technology leadership positions for Bank Hapoalim and other companies.
Tsachi has worked with startup companies for more than 10 years through corporate innovation labs he runs and external accelerator programs. Tsachi started his career in the IDF central computing unit MAMRAM and Israeli Air Force Technology unit.
Shira Fayans Birenbaum
Mrs. Fayans Birenbaum joined Cyber Innovative Technologies as an advisory board member in April 2021.
She comes with a long and distinguished track record in B2C and B2B, leading digital transformation initiatives and specializing in growth engines, managing P&Ls, business performance, strategy, marketing, e-commerce and sales. She has served both as an executive manager and leader across a wide range of global industries such as technology, cloud, software, telecom, and cyber security, while also coaching others, believing strongly in the importance of mentorship and personnel development. Shira serves today as global president of CYMPIRE Ltd., a disruptive cyber simulation platform, and she is also serving as board member at DSPG Inc. (NASDAQ: DSPG) a global leader in semiconductor smart audio chips and as a board member at ION Acquisition Corp (NYSE: IACC), a SPAC’s franchise company.
Shira has many years of experience as a Board Member in Israeli publicly traded companies such as investment houses, banks, insurance, real estate, manufacturers, semiconductor and educational institutions. Prior to that Shira held the position of COO and CMO of Microsoft Israel, where she was described as the “CEO of Digital Transformation”, owning all business operations, financials, as well as responsibility for all Cloud services and Open-Source growth. She was responsible for all launches and deployment of new technologies, solutions, and services, including leadership of the Microsoft security and blockchain initiatives. Prior to Microsoft, she held senior executive roles such as in PWC consulting and Orange Israel. Shira holds an MBA and BA both from Tel Aviv University.
Former Rear Admiral Danelle Barrett has over 30 years of proven leadership expertise in digital transformation, innovative cybersecurity, telecommunications strategy development and global operations. As Director of Navy Cybersecurity and Deputy Chief Information Officer, Danelle acted as a technology innovator and leader, managing the Navy’s cybersecurity strategy, policy, and information technology architectures supporting worldwide missions involving 279 ships, 3700 aircraft, 93 submarines, hundreds of locations with shore critical infrastructure. She provided critical advocacy and strategic advice for a $150B information technology and portfolio investment.
Mr. Kimmel is a Managing Partner and Founder of Summit Capital, a merchant banking boutique, where he advises and invests in a range of financial services and technology clients. He was previously CEO of CyberRiskPartners, a cyber risk analytics and solutions company, and was a frequent speaker on cyber risk at national industry conferences and senior executive off-sites. Mr. Kimmel has been named to public and private company boards in a variety of sectors, including reinsurance, life insurance and annuities, cyber risk, fintech, insurtech, and asset management.
Previously, Mr. Kimmel was an investment banker for more than two decades in the US and UK. He advised primarily insurance and other financial services clients regarding mergers and acquisitions and public and private capital raising while serving at JPMorgan, Deutsche Bank, and Kidder, Peabody.
At Deutsche Bank, David was the Head of Financial Institutions – Americas, Investment Banking. At JPMorgan, he was the Head of Insurance Investment Banking for the Americas and Co-Head of the Global Insurance Investment Banking practice. Mr. Kimmel served on the Investment Banking Management Committees at both JPMorgan and Deutsche Bank, as well as on their Fairness Opinion Committees. Over the course of his career, he has advised on billions of completed M&A transactions and financings for industry leaders in insurance.
Mr. Kimmel holds an MBA from Kellogg at Northwestern University and a B.S. in Finance from the University of Illinois, with matriculation in the James Scholar Program in Engineering. He has also completed executive education programs at Harvard Business School, Harvard Kennedy School and MIT.
