Theodore Tomita III has 12 years’ experience in the banking industry and 25 years of experience working in technology. He served in the United States Air Force where he was a USAF Honor Graduate. He holds various engineering and security certifications. The network he designed at Catskill Hudson Bank in partnership with Time Warner Cable Business Class has received recognition as one of the most secure and reliable networks in the banking industry. He has been featured by NYBA, IBANYS, and American Banker, as a leader and pioneer in designing and implementing cutting edge networks that focus on a security first methodology. Case studies of his designs have helped to set industry standards for Cyber Security and Disaster Recovery in banking.
Gina Olmedo is an IT Leader with a passion for software and data excellence. She has dedicated over 30 years to software quality assurance, process improvement, and data quality, and has built and managed QA Centers of Excellence in the finance, telecommunications, music / entertainment, fashion, commodities trading, and biopharmaceutical industries. Her experience includes testing and integrating enterprise software as well as building software products for the commercial market.
Michel brings over 10 years of cyber risk expertise and is the former Senior Manager of Regulatory Compliance – Global Trade Commercial Banking at HSBC Bank of Canada. He is fluent in Spanish, Hebrew, French, English, Portuguese and Romanian.

Gregor Köhler has more than 30 years of industry expertise as an Insurance Advisor at international and national ventures with significant industrial corporations and industrial insurance firms (insurers and brokers).
He has worked for and supplied his services successfully to Fortune 50 industrial companies like Bayer AG, Leverkusen; Bertelsmann AG, Gütersloh, Marsh New York, Berkshire Hathaway, London & Düsseldorf. Gregor received his degree in economics from the Department of Insurance at FH Cologne & first apprenticeship as an Insurance Salesman at VICTORIA Versicherung AG, Düsseldorf.

He primarily served clients in TMT (Technology, Media, Telecom) and Industrial area. He spent several years in the US and served clients around the world. Between 2006-14 he led McKinsey’s TMT Practice globally and built between 2016-19 McKinsey Digital in the B2B space as global leader. Founded and lead McKinsey’s SME practice that focuses on medium-sized growth companies. Jürgen’s client portfolio is truly global with a footprint throughout Europe, Silicon Valley, Japan, South Korea, China, Latin America, and India. He serves technology equipment manufacturers, software application providers, telecoms, and machinery & industrial OEMs. His recent work has been centered around large-scale multi-year digital transformation programs. His experience includes at scale restructuring/turnaround efforts, value creation, and post-merger management ranging from growth strategy and business building programs to functional business transformations in marketing, sales, and operations. Jürgen is a serial startup investor in the High-Tech space. He is chairman of Skyfive AG and Cryptowerk, serves on the boards of Xantaro, Risk-Q, University4Industry, and serves as senior advisor at McKinsey and Atreus. Tsachi has worked with startup companies for more than 10 years through corporate innovation labs he runs and external accelerator programs. Tsachi started his career in the IDF central computing unit MAMRAM and Israeli Air Force Technology unit.

Mrs. Fayans Birenbaum joined Cyber Innovative Technologies as an advisory board member in April 2021.
She comes with a long and distinguished track record in B2C and B2B, leading digital transformation initiatives and specializing in growth engines, managing P&Ls, business performance, strategy, marketing, e-commerce and sales. She has served both as an executive manager and leader across a wide range of global industries such as technology, cloud, software, telecom, and cyber security, while also coaching others, believing strongly in the importance of mentorship and personnel development. Shira serves today as global president of CYMPIRE Ltd., a disruptive cyber simulation platform, and she is also serving as board member at DSPG Inc. (NASDAQ: DSPG) a global leader in semiconductor smart audio chips and as a board member at ION Acquisition Corp (NYSE: IACC), a SPAC’s franchise company.
Shira has many years of experience as a Board Member in Israeli publicly traded companies such as investment houses, banks, insurance, real estate, manufacturers, semiconductor and educational institutions. Prior to that Shira held the position of COO and CMO of Microsoft Israel, where she was described as the “CEO of Digital Transformation”, owning all business operations, financials, as well as responsibility for all Cloud services and Open-Source growth. She was responsible for all launches and deployment of new technologies, solutions, and services, including leadership of the Microsoft security and blockchain initiatives. Former Rear Admiral Danelle Barrett has over 30 years of proven leadership expertise in digital transformation, innovative cybersecurity, telecommunications strategy development and global operations. As Director of Navy Cybersecurity and Deputy Chief Information Officer, Danelle acted as a technology innovator and leader, managing the Navy’s cybersecurity strategy, policy, and information technology architectures supporting worldwide missions involving 279 ships, 3700 aircraft, 93 submarines, hundreds of locations with shore critical infrastructure. She provided critical advocacy and strategic advice for a $150B information technology and portfolio investment.
Mr. Kimmel is a Managing Partner and Founder of Summit Capital, a merchant banking boutique, where he advises and invests in a range of financial services and technology clients. He was previously CEO of CyberRiskPartners, a cyber risk analytics and solutions company, and was a frequent speaker on cyber risk at national industry conferences and senior executive off-sites. Mr. Kimmel has been named to public and private company boards in a variety of sectors, including reinsurance, life insurance and annuities, cyber risk, fintech, insurtech, and asset management.
Previously, Mr. Kimmel was an investment banker for more than two decades in the US and UK. He advised primarily insurance and other financial services clients regarding mergers and acquisitions and public and private capital raising while serving at JPMorgan, Deutsche Bank, and Kidder, Peabody.
At Deutsche Bank, David was the Head of Financial Institutions – Americas, Investment Banking. At JPMorgan, he was the Head of Insurance Investment Banking for the Americas and Co-Head of the Global Insurance Investment Banking practice. Mr. Kimmel served on the Investment Banking Management Committees at both JPMorgan and Deutsche Bank, as well as on their Fairness Opinion Committees. Over the course of his career, he has advised on billions of completed M&A transactions and financings for industry leaders in insurance.
Mr. Kimmel holds an MBA from Kellogg at Northwestern University and a B.S. in Finance from the University of Illinois, with matriculation in the James Scholar Program in Engineering. He has also completed executive education programs at Harvard Business School, Harvard Kennedy School and MIT.
Scott Aurnou, Esq., CISSP is an attorney and founder of The Security Advocate, which assists organizations in addressing information security and data privacy issues. This includes privacy and security awareness training, security consulting, compliance with cyber security and privacy laws and related legal concerns.
Scott spent over a decade as a litigation attorney in the NYC area, served as lead counsel for a private client services group at Smith Barney, and has provided consulting, legal and management services to a number of organizations, ranging from multinationals to security and risk management startups. He has published security related articles in national publications ranging from the New York Law Journal to SC Magazine. He has also created and delivered numerous presentations on information security and data privacy-related issues for executives, managers, and professionals at a range of organizations, including the New York State Bar Association, Information Systems Security Association and the National Institute of Standards and Technology.
Scott is a Certified Information Systems Security Professional (CISSP). He is admitted to practice law in New York State, the U.S. District Courts for the Eastern and Southern Districts of New York; as well as the U.S. Court of Appeals for the Second Circuit. He is also the author of the Introduction to Information Security LiveLessons video training series for Pearson Publishing.
Vladislav is driven by a deep curiosity for understanding human behavior; especially at the intersection of technology and decision-making. A noted expert in Identity Governance, Vlad is a founder of Costidity Inc, author of “Costidity: The Cost of Human Factor” and NPR Access Control Reporting tool.
Vlad Shapiro, a native of Kiev, Ukraine, pursued his undergraduate study in Kiev State Moscow State University in Mathematics and completed his Master’s degree at Brandeis University in the spring of 1993.
Vlad has 25+ years of experience in Digital Security, Identity Governance and Administration, Data Governance and Data Analysis. His expertise ranges from mathematical modeling of identity management data, analysis of current Identity and Access Management practices to mastery of IGA program, maturity evaluation and advisory. He had several presentations and papers on using mathematical apparatus in resolving real-life data analysis problems.
